About the Speaker
Mike McNamara is a professional Buyers Agent, Director of Strategic Buyers Agents and licensed by the Victorian Government’s Business Licencing Authority.
Strategic Buyers Agents is a ‘bespoke’ buyer’s advocacy firm that buys property for homebuyers and investors in Melbourne, Bendigo and Ballarat, and also in Sydney, Brisbane and Gold Coast through his Interstate Buyers Agents network. Mike also acts a Vendor Advocate, a ‘project manager’ for owners wanting to sell their property.
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant, and with an MBA which focused on strategy, Mike has built a real estate portfolio over the past 20 years and has been a buyer’s agent/advocate for over 8 years. While selling agents represent vendors, Mike is 100% focused on his clients’ property wants and needs, whether for a home or investment.
