Gihan Jayaweera, or “Dr G”, GP, speaker, coach and podcaster
Gihan or “Dr G”, spends half of his time working as a GP and the other half as a coach and speaker. He helps people who are depressed, anxious, stressed or “stuck” find happiness and balance in their lives. To support his patients and clients, he has developed a unique framework for happiness that he details in his upcoming book called “Do Happy”.
